Libbie for Halloween 2006

On Saturday the 29th at a rec. center here they decorated each room a different theme. They had princesses there so of course we couldn't miss it. Cinderella was there and Libbie loved it. She dressed up as Cinderella too. Then she was Ariel from Little Mermaid for Halloween and a cat name Scratch for her Harvest Party at school. She loved dressing up and wanted to be called by the character she was. If I called her Libbie she would say, "Mom I am Ariel" or whoever she was. She wanted us to do the same for Addie. We had a great time this year.
 

Addie is 10 months!

It's hard to believe that Addie will be a year old soon. Just seems like yesterday we brought her home from the hospital. She has got 6 teeth now and 2 more on the way. She is cruising very well now around the furniture but finds crawling a much faster way to get around. She can say: mama, dada, hi, bye bye, baba (bottle) and sissy (can't spell how she actually says it). She is a very happy little girl who doesn't like the word 'no'. She loves to play the yelling game with her sister. That is where one of them will yell and then the other will do it back. Addie thinks that is the best. Addie plays peek-a-boo with a blanket herself and is easily amused like me. Her nick name at the house is "billy goat" b/c she eats everything or at least tries. She is a lot of fun and is definitely a daddy's girl.

Libbie loves to get in the crib with her baby sister on Saturday mornings. Addie thinks it's great too.

Couldn't resist putting the Dora wig on Addie...it was so funny. The pictures tell it all. LOL
